LST Vertical ball mill is low speed agitated type, it is developed for fine grinding of cocoa liquor, chocolate,fat and sugar based compounds for micronization purpose. It is an efficient and reliable machine that is used by many customers worldwide. The machine is equipped with 12mm steel balls and a chocolate pump, when the raw materials entering from the bottom of Ball Mill vessel, with the friction between the stainless steel balls, they are micronized. During the process,chocolate will be pumped from bottom to the top and make an inner circulation to ensure evenly grinding. The machine is with stainless steel vessel and is jacketed and temperature is kept at adjustable value automatically. When the machine is working, cold water inlet /outlet automatically occurs according to the syrup temperature. It takes about 4-6 hours to acheive a final finess of 18-22 micron.
