The chocolate bean production line is divided into five parts: heat-preservation charging tank (automatic feeding system), mould, refrigeration system, transmission system and blanking screening system.
Working principle: the chocolate paste stored in the heat preservation tank will flow to the molding mold at a uniform speed through the feeding head, and the molding mold will quickly solidify the chocolate pulp through ultra-low temperature, grind into various shapes of core material, and then fall on the low temperature conveyor belt, after a period of cooling, the core will be completely formed, and the conveyor belt will send the formed chocolate to the shaping screen, and the shaping screen can make the chocolate core hair edge be disposed of. The wool edge waste is recovered and reused by a special device, so that a certain amount of chocolate bean collection is collected and transferred to the grinder for polishing treatment, thus completing the molding process of chocolate bean.
