Product Description
1.The cocoa fat melting tank is used for melting solid cocoa butter or fat. The whole tank is made by SSS304 stainless steel, adn it is with water-jacketed temperature control system.
2.The feeding tankd adopts jacked insulation .
3.The mixer main motor is 1.5kw/3P/380V/50HZ/4P, the main axis rotating speed is 38RMP;
4. The high efficiency cutter adopts two groups of spiral cutters. The spiral cutting material is carbon steel scraper. It is heated by circulating hot water. Frequency conversion is used to control the cutting speed. Motor is 1.1kw/3P.380V/50HZ, Gear motor : RV90-63;
5.Bottom outlet and side butterfly valve outlet;
6. The cutter device is quick disassembly mechanism design, easy to clean;
7.Switch control system and Schneider electric appliance.
