When step on the pedal, the chocolate will be pumped up. While step off the pedal, the chocolate in the auger screw will be sucked back into the heat preservation zone.
Pre-set temperature for different processes. e.g 55ºC for melting , 38ºCfor storing and serving. Then machine will automatically keep the temperature at 55ºC when melting. After fully melted, the heating system will stop working till the temperature drops to 38ºC and will hold it at 38ºC for serving customers.
